Three Months to Go!

Hi everyone! This is my first attempt at a blog so I'll try my best at keeping it updated so you can all know what is going on. About a month ago I decided to participate in my church's upcoming trip to Capetown, South Africa. We are spending two weeks down there at the end of July to do work with Living Hope. You can check out their website at: http://www.livinghope.co.za/ They are doing some amazing things down in Capetown and I'm excited to be involved in the work that is going on. This trip still seems a bit surreal to me but it is slowly starting to sink in. We had our first team meeting two weeks ago and I just finalized my application and turned it in tonight. I'll be sending off my support letters this week which is the beginning of my fundraising efforts. Please keep me and my team in your prayers in the next few months as we prepare for this event. I know that God will bless us all greatly and I look forward to sharing what we have learned with you!
